Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange may be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery, even if you simply change your mind.

The product must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition with all Johé packaging, tags, cards and complimentary items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Eligible customers may choose between a refund or an exchange, subject to availability. Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video is required for every return, exchange or product-related claim, whether the product is damaged or not.

The video must begin before the sealed package is opened and clearly show the shipping label, packaging, product and complete contents of the order.

Shipping & Refunds

For change-of-mind or preference-based returns and exchanges, return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

For an approved preference-based exchange, Johé will bear the cost of sending the replacement product once.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, Johé will bear the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind or preference-based returns.

Refunds will be based on the amount actually paid. Sale products will be refunded at the sale price paid, while full-price products will be refunded at the amount paid after any applicable discount.

Quality Inspection

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the product does not meet the return conditions or fails the quality inspection, no refund will be processed. The customer will be informed and may request for the product to be shipped back at their own cost.

Raise a Request

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, reason for the request, product photographs and complete unboxing video.
