1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All Johé jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver, and every piece carries a 925 stamp for authenticity.
Sterling Silver may naturally tarnish due to exposure to air, moisture, perfume or chemicals. Natural tarnishing and regular wear are not considered manufacturing defects.
Slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting and screen settings. Product measurements are approximate.
2. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & PRICING
All orders placed on johe.in are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
Orders may be cancelled until they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, modified, or combined with another order.
Prices, promotions and offers may change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will be the final applicable price for that order.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Johé may cancel the affected item or order and refund the amount paid.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Johé currently delivers within India. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on the location, courier partner or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to incorrect or incomplete information.
4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All requests are governed by Johé’s separate Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
Eligible requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

5. WEBSITE CONTENT
The Johé name, logo, photographs, videos, text and other website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Johé will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or its products.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights available to customers under applicable consumer law.
6. GOVERNING LAW & UPDATES
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer laws, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Johé may update these terms when required. Any changes will be published on this page with the revised date.
